Is it built for a room my size?

Yes. It runs a weekly three-table game and a casino festival the same way. The Free plan covers 3 tables and 100 players, paid plans add venues, tables, screens and staff, and Enterprise lifts every limit. At the festival end, flights run side by side and merge into one Day 2.

What do I need to run it?

A web browser. The floor runs on a phone, tablet or laptop, and the clock opens on any TV or room screen with a browser. Each screen pairs to your club once with a short code and stays paired. A barcode scanner speeds up check-in but is optional. Nothing to install, no special hardware.

How long does setup take?

A guided setup walks you through your venue, your tables, pairing a TV and a dealer tablet, and your first tournament. Start from a built-in blind structure and payout curve. After that, structures, venues and tables are reused for every event.

Which formats does it run?

Freezeout, re-entry and add-ons with level- or time-based windows, bounty and progressive knockout, and multi-flight events where Day 1A and Day 1B merge into one Day 2 with stacks bagged and carried. It runs tournaments only: there is no cash-game module.

Does the software touch the money?

No. PokerOps tracks buy-ins, fees, bounties and payouts, and reconciles the prize pool against entries down to the last knockout. Taking payment stays with your own provider and your cage.

Can players register themselves?

Yes, on your club's own website, and on Professional and above through the WhatsApp assistant too. If you publish club terms, a player accepts the current version before an entry is sold to them, and every acceptance is recorded.

Does it run leagues?

Yes. Group events into a season, choose how points are scored, and the standings update as results come in. Standings and published results appear on your club's website, where players can follow the race.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. The Free plan runs real events for up to 100 players on 3 tables, with no card and no time limit. Paid plans are monthly, billed by card, and you can change or cancel from inside the app.

Can I give staff different permissions?

Yes. Invite your team and give each person a role, so the floor can run tournaments without touching billing, the team or club settings. How many team members you can add depends on your plan.

What happens if the internet drops?

The clock keeps correct time through a short dropout, and a screen that can no longer be sure says so instead of counting down to the wrong number. When the connection returns, every screen catches up on its own. PokerOps is built for a room with bad internet, not for a room with none.

Can I get my data out, or connect other tools?

Yes. Export players, entries and results as CSV or JSON, and connect your own tools through a documented REST API with scoped tokens and webhooks in both directions: register a player from your own site, or push results to Discord.

What languages does it run in?

PokerOps is multilingual, and right to left is a first-class layout rather than a translation bolted on at the end. Each club sets its own default, and any member can switch.
