What it does
Register a player at the door and they are in the seat draw, the chip count and the prize pool at the same moment. Nothing is typed twice, and no two numbers disagree.
Seat a walk-in, balance a short table, break one. Players move by position relative to the button, and the reason is written to the event log.
Run the clock from the podium and cast it to room screens, tablets and phones. Pair a device once and it stays paired.
Scan a code or find a player by name and phone. New players are created in the same field, because half of a walk-in queue has never played the club before.
Built-in payout curves, chip-chop deals and an even split, and a prize pool that reconciles against entries before you pay a single place.
Every club gets its own subdomain, its own players, and a public page with the schedule on it.
Not a translation layer bolted on at the end. Layout, dates, phone numbers and figures behave correctly right to left and left to right, and each club picks its own default.
Beyond the basics
A Thursday freezeout and a three-flight festival are not the same job. Both of them are this one.
Freezeout, re-entry and add-ons. Bounty, and progressive knockout with heads that grow as the eliminations land — split, recorded and reconciled, not left to a notebook behind the desk.
Flights run side by side, each on its own clock. Survivors bag a stack, carry it forward, and merge into one field with finishing positions recomputed across the whole event.
Group events into a league, choose how points are awarded, and the standings maintain themselves. Publish them on your club page so players can follow the race.
Every check-in, seat move, elimination, level change and payout edit, attributed and timestamped. When two players disagree about the bust order, the log answers instead of the room.
A documented REST API with scoped tokens, webhooks in both directions, and your players, entries and results out as CSV or JSON whenever you want them. Your payment flow, your Discord and your spreadsheet stay in step without anyone retyping anything.
The clock keeps correct time through a dropout and tells you the moment it can no longer be sure. A screen that has lost the room says so, rather than counting confidently down to the wrong number.
Publish your terms with a version on them, and a player accepts the current one before an entry is sold to them. Every acceptance is recorded — which version, how, and when — so a dispute has an answer. Warn, or block.
A tablet paired to one table, showing who is in every seat by name. Seat and unseat, confirm chip counts, mark an elimination, and run a shot clock with the lengths you set rather than one fixed number. Nobody has to shout across the room.
Monthly, cancel whenever. Every plan runs real events — the limits are capacity, not features held back.

Questions
Yes. It runs a weekly three-table game and a casino festival the same way. The Free plan covers 3 tables and 100 players, paid plans add venues, tables, screens and staff, and Enterprise lifts every limit. At the festival end, flights run side by side and merge into one Day 2.
A web browser. The floor runs on a phone, tablet or laptop, and the clock opens on any TV or room screen with a browser. Each screen pairs to your club once with a short code and stays paired. A barcode scanner speeds up check-in but is optional. Nothing to install, no special hardware.
A guided setup walks you through your venue, your tables, pairing a TV and a dealer tablet, and your first tournament. Start from a built-in blind structure and payout curve. After that, structures, venues and tables are reused for every event.
Freezeout, re-entry and add-ons with level- or time-based windows, bounty and progressive knockout, and multi-flight events where Day 1A and Day 1B merge into one Day 2 with stacks bagged and carried. It runs tournaments only: there is no cash-game module.
No. PokerOps tracks buy-ins, fees, bounties and payouts, and reconciles the prize pool against entries down to the last knockout. Taking payment stays with your own provider and your cage.
Yes, on your club's own website, and on Professional and above through the WhatsApp assistant too. If you publish club terms, a player accepts the current version before an entry is sold to them, and every acceptance is recorded.
Yes. Group events into a season, choose how points are scored, and the standings update as results come in. Standings and published results appear on your club's website, where players can follow the race.
Yes. The Free plan runs real events for up to 100 players on 3 tables, with no card and no time limit. Paid plans are monthly, billed by card, and you can change or cancel from inside the app.
